Refund policy

We want every family and class to love their puzzles. If something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll put it right.

PDF books

Because your PDF is available to download straight away, at checkout you agree that the download starts immediately and that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once it’s available.
If a file is faulty, won’t open or isn’t what was described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.
If a refund is made, the PDF is removed from your library.

Changed your mind before printing? If your order hasn’t gone to print yet (it still shows “Paid”), contact us and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
After delivery: you can return unused books within 14 days of receiving them. We refund the book price and the standard delivery cost; return postage is at your cost.
Damaged or misprinted? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. You don’t need to send the book back.
Didn’t arrive? If your parcel is well past the estimated delivery time, contact us and we’ll trace it, then replace or refund.

Printed books bought on Amazon are sold and delivered by Amazon, so returns and refunds follow Amazon’s policy.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days.
