Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use mindgridkids.com or buy from us. Mindgrid Kids is a brand of Mindgrid. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your account

• Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over (parents, teachers, tutors and others).
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for orders placed through your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or copying our books.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in your currency and include any tax we have to charge. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
• Customers in Sri Lanka pay in Sri Lankan rupees; in the UK prices are in pounds, and everywhere else in US dollars (you can switch between pounds and dollars).
• Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we email you a receipt.
• If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before taking or keeping payment.

PDF books: what you may do

When you buy a PDF, you get a personal licence to:

• download it from your library and keep it;
• print as many copies as you need for your own family, or for your own class or tutoring students.

You may not share, sell, upload or otherwise distribute the file or printed copies beyond that. For school-wide or commercial use,contact us.

Printed books

• Printed books are printed to order, so please allow the lead time shown before posting.
• Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping page.
• Depending on your country, import taxes, duties or handling fees may be charged on delivery. These are set by your country and aren’t included in our prices.
• If you buy a printed book on Amazon, the sale is between you and Amazon, under Amazon’s terms.

Our content

All books, puzzles, text, illustrations and the Mindgrid Kids name and owl logo belong to us. Please don’t copy them without permission.

Liability

We take care to make our books accurate and our website reliable, but we can’t promise the website will always be available. We’re not responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee. We don’t limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow it.
